Lighten Up with Derek and Vicki!

Drink more water

When you wake up in the morning drink two 8 oz. glasses of water. Most of us have a hard time drinking during a busy day. People who drink more than eight glasses of water per day lose more weight than people who do not. Water helps boost your metabolism. And it can help you eat less and feel more full at mealtime. Drink a glass of water before every meal.

Other benefits of drinking more water are healthier skin and more energy. Have some now.
